Overview

Procloud, a leader in cloud computing and IT services, wanted to upgrade their headquarters to a sleek, modern workspace in Boyle, Co. Roscommon. The aim was to design a space that mirrored Procloud’s innovative culture and boosted productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being. This new office needed to accommodate over 30 employees with room for future expansion. All works were expertly handled by Clever Office.

Challenges

Refurbishment of Existing Buildings: Converting two derelict, protected structures on a restricted site.
Budget Constraints: Achieving high-quality finishes and technology integrations within budget.

Solution

Space Planning and Design:

Workstations: We created an open-plan layout with both static and height-adjustable desks, complemented by ergonomic chairs. Hot-desking areas were introduced to enhance flexibility.
Meeting Rooms: We designed a range of meeting spaces, including large conference rooms, smaller huddle rooms, and soundproof pods for private calls.
Breakout Areas: Casual lounges and breakout areas were added to encourage informal meetings and relaxation.
Reception and Branding: A welcoming reception area was designed featuring Procloud branding elements, including a prominent company logo and a digital screen showcasing achievements and updates.

Employee Wellness:

Ergonomics: We provided ergonomic furniture and accessories to promote healthy posture and reduce the risk of workplace injuries.
Breakout Area: Spaces were designed for short breaks, informal meetings and relaxed collaboration, creating a more laid-back environment compared to traditional workspaces.
Modern Canteen: A comfortable, modern canteen was developed that also serves as a breakout area.
